Dental Root Canals

Saving Teeth with Root Problems

Teeth that have infected or badly damaged roots are not always destined for extraction anymore. Root canals are more advanced and manageable for patients than ever! Our doctors are very experienced in all the latest procedures to successfully keep a problem tooth intact.

During the procedure, the interior pulp chamber of the tooth is removed and replaced with a special filling material suitable for this condition. This is necessary when decay and infection have reached the nerve of the tooth. A regular type of filling will not be sufficient.

In the past, root canals were a dreaded treatment. But patients no longer have this outlook, as we use the most advanced techniques and anesthetics that make it easy.
